Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager – Five-Day Week – £70k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a dedicated sales team for a well‑known dealership group in Basingstoke. The role focuses on driving new and used commercial vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Commercial Vehicle Sales team to exceed targets.
• Generate new and repeat business by cultivating relationships with local businesses, fleet operators and key commercial customers.
• Maximise profitability through new and used vehicle sales, finance penetration and value‑added products.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and stock levels to meet business objectives and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience while complying with manufacturer processes and FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motor‑trade sales management, preferably within commercial vehicles.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with commercial customers and fleet operators.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £45,000 plus OTE potential up to £70,000.
• Five‑day working week (Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑18:00) with one day off during the week.
• Occasional Saturday work (one in four weeks, 8:30‑17:00); no Sunday work.
