Compliance Information Specialist – Domestic Heating

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Information Specialist to support domestic heating compliance across a busy social housing portfolio. The role involves managing and analysing compliance data to ensure statutory obligations are met and residents receive safe heating services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance records for domestic heating systems, including gas servicing and boiler safety certifications.
• Analyse data to identify gaps, monitor performance, and flag risks to operational teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, internal teams and compliance managers to ensure timely completion of heating‑related compliance activities.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Support the implementation of compliance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a compliance role within social housing, property compliance or domestic heating.
• Strong knowledge of domestic heating regulations and landlord obligations.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a compliance‑driven environment.
