Compliance Internship – London (Nov 2026)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Compliance Intern to support Tikehau Capital’s compliance programme across the UK and internationally. The role offers hands‑on experience in regulatory checks, AML procedures and collaboration with global compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks on investment opportunities and advise business units on mitigation strategies.
• Ensure employee adherence to policies on personal account dealing, gifts, entertainment and external business activities.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance documentation, communications and training.
• Support AML compliance by performing Know‑Your‑Customer and Know‑Your‑Investment due diligence.
• Execute periodic compliance monitoring across various business activities.
• Contribute to global compliance projects and collaborate with international compliance teams.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in law, regulation, finance or a related field (not mandatory).
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance, risk management and financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Independent judgement, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work full‑time in the UK and availability for a minimum six‑month internship.
