Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid)

About the role

K3 Law, a boutique corporate law firm and part of K3 Advisory Group, is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join its expanding team. The firm advises mid-market corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, sales and investments, and the new role offers exposure to lower and mid-market corporate M&A transactions and progression towards qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in a wide range of corporate transactions
• Support the team on disclosure and due diligence
• Draft and review ancillary documents
• Conduct research for the team
• Support senior fee earners on deals

Required profile

• Ideally a strong background in corporate matters from a regional, national or international law firm (not essential)
• Strong academic record
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
