About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist tax firm in London as a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager. This position focuses on high‑value advisory work rather than routine compliance, giving you the chance to shape tax strategies for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate tax advisory solutions across a broad portfolio of clients.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and other transaction‑related tax matters.
• Build and manage trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional advisory services.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and partners on complex projects.
• Mentor and develop junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid experience in corporate tax with a strong advisory focus.
• Exposure to deals, transactions or M&A tax work is advantageous.
• Commercially minded with excellent client‑facing skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to take ownership of client relationships.
