Corporate Tax Senior Manager

About the role

Join a top‑30 accountancy practice in central London as a Corporate Tax Senior Manager. You will lead advisory projects, support partners on technical tax matters and help grow the firm’s corporate tax practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax advisory projects covering corporate restructurings, de‑mergers, share schemes, revaluations, due‑diligence reports, venture‑capital reliefs and property acquisitions/disposals.
• Review and manage compliance work such as Corporation Tax (CIR) filings and loss utilisation for a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Provide technical support to partners and junior staff on complex tax queries.
• Identify tax‑efficient opportunities to generate new business.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through line‑management, training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and practice.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with partners and junior staff.
• Strong business‑development mindset and ability to spot tax‑saving opportunities for clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio of large corporate clients.
