Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager – Belfast

About the role

RLB is looking for a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join its Belfast team. The role will involve proactive cost management of building projects from design through completion, and may extend to operational maintenance costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs across design, construction and post‑completion phases for commercial, healthcare and higher‑education schemes.
• Engage with key clients, develop stakeholder relationships and support the growth of client accounts.

Required profile

• Proven technical delivery experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager role within a consultancy.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) and chartered or studying towards chartered status.
• Client‑facing attitude with strong stakeholder management and a collaborative team mindset.
