Creative Arts Supply Teacher – Flexible Days in Redhill

About the role

We are looking for experienced Creative Arts teachers to work as supply staff across secondary schools in Redhill. You will deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Art, Design Technology, Drama, Music or Photography, with no planning or marking responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Creative Arts lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils.
• Adapt teaching style to suit different school environments and student abilities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Provide immediate feedback during lessons and support students’ creative development.

Required profile

• Proven classroom experience in one or more Creative Arts subjects.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional, reliable and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Effective classroom management.
• Ability to deliver curriculum‑aligned Creative Arts content.
