Customer Assistant - Service, Malvern

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its Roman Way store in Malvern. The role works across the store serving customers in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a permanent position of 9 hours per week, fully flexible, with night shifts starting at 06:00 and day shifts ending at 23:00.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers
• Support various parts of the store, trained to help wherever needed
• Resolve customer queries and put customers first

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
• Credit check required for Kiosk or Cash Office roles
