Customer Liaison Officer / Housing Officer – Cornwall (Remote)

About the role

This temporary position is for a Customer Liaison Officer / Housing Officer supporting a housing association in Cornwall. The role is remote‑based but requires travel across a defined patch, with a driving licence and vehicle essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a visible, face‑to‑face service to renters, homeowners and shared‑owners.
• Coordinate actions with Estate Services, Asset Services and specialist teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maximise income and reduce debt within the assigned area.
• Deliver a high‑quality lettings service and address anti‑social behaviour, fly‑tipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts.
• Complete health & safety and compliance tasks such as FRAs.
• Manage workload, schedule appointments and organise customer visits.
• Conduct regular estate inspections and take corrective actions.
• Represent the association in court and eviction proceedings.

• Experience in the housing or property sector.

What we offer
