Customer Retention Executive

About the role

Travis Perkins plc is recruiting a Customer Retention Executive for its Customer Account Team, a high-energy group focused on reconnecting with past customers and winning their business back. The role is permanent and full time, working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with a competitive salary plus bonus and benefits. The commutable locations include Birmingham, Dudley, West Bromwich, Halesowen, Wednesbury, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Oldbury, Smethwick, Aston and Great Barr.

Key responsibilities

• Call previous customers to understand their needs and rebuild relationships
• Share new offers, solutions and reasons to return
• Listen carefully and find the right outcome for each customer
• Work towards achievable targets with full support from the team
• Help grow and strengthen the customer base

Required profile

• Confident speaking on the phone
• Positive, resilient and eager to learn
• Motivated by achievable targets and personal growth
• No perfect experience needed, just the right attitude
