Customer Specialist - Housing

About the role

We are looking for a Housing Specialist to join our Customer Services Management Centre team. This is a full‑time fixed‑term position running until July 2027, with a hybrid working model that combines remote work and at‑least‑two‑days‑per‑week in our Hurn or Greenham office.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex housing queries and investigate issues for customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Resolve tenancy‑management matters such as safeguarding, anti‑social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Provide support via telephone, email and digital channels, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering a range of housing management services.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems in a busy environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to recognise risk.

• Competitive salary between £33,000 and £40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
