DAC Administrator

About the role

Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast, is looking for a DAC Administrator to join its team in Nottingham. The role supports patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently and accurately, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of prescription chasing and processing activities across your designated territory
• Work closely with GP surgeries, healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Manage inbound and outbound communications and resolve queries within agreed service levels
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of patient care
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team training and collaboration
• Provide wider administrative support to the DAC team

Required profile

• A strong customer service background and a commitment to excellent customer experiences
• Organised and proactive, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communication with a range of stakeholders
• Resilient, adaptable and solution-focused, with a drive to improve processes and outcomes

Required skills

• Confident use of IT systems, including CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
