Data Analyst

About the role

Finalto is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions across its global liquidity and trading technology platforms. You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure data quality and consistency in reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyse datasets to uncover trends and support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in all reporting outputs.
• Perform data analysis and transformations on structured datasets.
• Support integration of data from multiple sources.
• Work with data engineers to make data accessible and fit for analysis.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in data analytics and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services or fast‑paced data‑driven environments (preferred).
• A degree in STEM, Computer Science or a related field.
