About the role
Saga Travel is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing Data & Analytics team in Folkestone, working in a hybrid arrangement. The role sits alongside the Senior Data Analyst and partners with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and the wider business, turning business questions into clear, reliable reporting and actionable insights. The salary is £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Work with complex and sometimes imperfect datasets to build reporting solutions, from understanding stakeholder requirements to delivering dashboards.
- Use Power BI and SQL to make reporting accurate, accessible and commercially relevant.
- Translate analysis into recommendations that support business performance.
- Contribute insights on customer and commercial trends, given the travel data centre on the over-50s demographic.
Required profile
- Ability to work from the Folkestone office at least three times a week.
- Interest in developing stakeholder management and commercial understanding, with coaching and training available.
