Engineering Graduate Programme (Fullstack)

About the role

LSEG's Engineering Graduate Programme is a 12-month development opportunity for final-year undergraduates or Masters students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, and for fresh graduates of class 2026. It is aimed at full-stack developers and starts in September 2027. Graduates join on a permanent basis, aligned to a division from day one.

Required profile

• Completed all course requirements by August/September 2027, or a 2026 graduate
• Genuine curiosity about technology, shown through studies, extracurriculars or work experience
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets
• Curiosity for data and ability to analyse information and propose solutions
• Focus, resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration skills
• Rights to work in the UK without restriction

Required skills

• Interest in full-stack development and familiarity with C#, JavaScript, Node.js.NET or Python
• For Network Product Services roles: interest in network assets, API-based services and automation/orchestration tools such as Ansible

The recruitment process includes an application and resume, a technical and coding assessment, an immersive online assessment, a video interview and a half-day virtual assessment centre. Candidates should apply once, by 16 November, and apply early as candidates are considered on a rolling basis.
