Data Conversion Analyst

About the role

Reapit is looking for a Data Conversion Analyst to lead seamless data migrations for its estate agency customers. You will work with a variety of third‑party CRM and property systems, ensuring that client data is accurately transformed and loaded onto the Reapit platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, transform and migrate client data from multiple third‑party CRM and property software platforms into Reapit.
• Design, develop and maintain data conversion and migration processes using SQL, MySQL and Python.
• Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows for repeatable, scalable migrations.
• Validate, cleanse, reconcile and enrich data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues and migration challenges.
• Optimise database queries and scripts, focusing on performance tuning.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define requirements, timelines and scope.
• Produce migration documentation, data mapping specifications and validation reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration tooling, automation and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets for enterprise customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (complex joins, aggregations, stored procedures, query optimisation).
• MySQL and relational database design principles.
• Python for data manipulation, transformation, validation and automation.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.
• Knowledge of data quality, data governance and validation techniques.
• Experience with indexing, execution plans and database performance tuning.
