About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Data Platform Engineer to own and evolve a Microsoft Fabric‑based Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform. The role combines deep technical work with mentoring a team of BI developers, helping to raise the organisation’s data engineering capability.

Key responsibilities

Develop, support and enhance the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform on Microsoft Fabric.
Design and build scalable data pipelines and integrations.
Set engineering standards and best practices for the platform.
Mentor and up‑skill the BI team in Fabric, Python and Spark.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, business‑focused data solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale data platforms.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Ability to work independently and guide technical teams.
