Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Delivery Project Manager. You will lead the delivery of new‑build developments and major refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe, primarily during RIBA Stage 5.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, contingencies and financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
• Travel to sites across the UK and Europe 2‑3 days per week, working in a hybrid model.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex new‑build construction projects.
• Construction‑related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working on construction projects across Europe.
• Strong knowledge of building services, utilities, planning and overall project delivery.
• Excellent budget, programme and stakeholder management abilities.
