Deputy Creative Partnerships Controller – Maternity Cover

About the role

This is a 13‑month maternity cover position based in Manchester, reporting into ITV’s Creative Partnerships team. You will help shape integrated brand campaigns across ITV’s linear TV, ITVX and emerging platforms, working with advertisers, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of ambitious, integrated campaign ideas and partnership concepts that connect brands with ITV content, talent and audiences.
• Drive revenue by identifying new commercial opportunities, prioritising potential and creating compelling propositions for clients.
• Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that translate brand objectives and audience insights into creative territories and scripts.
• Collaborate with regional and London sales teams, client strategy, trading, digital and creative production to deliver successful campaigns.
• Motivate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, commercially focused culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative ideation, integrated campaign development and media sales within a creative agency, media owner or fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong knowledge of the TV and media landscape, including broadcast, sponsorship and VOD.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills, with confidence to pitch ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
