About the role
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to help create fun learning experiences for children and support the Nursery Manager in running the Hither Green Nursery and Pre‑School smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging activities for children.
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations.
- Assist with staffing, finance and health & safety matters.
- Partner with parents and ensure high‑quality curriculum delivery.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong team‑leadership and relationship‑building skills.
- Level 3 or higher childcare qualification.
- Ability to maintain high‑quality, ratio‑compliant environments.
- Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.
- Reliable, positive and friendly attitude.
