About the role

Synthesia, the leading AI video platform for business, is looking for a mid‑weight Digital Designer to support its growing French enterprise customer base. You will create high‑quality visual assets, corporate templates, and motion‑graphics pieces that help large organisations communicate through video without traditional production tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring brand consistency across multiple client brands.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop motion‑graphics, branding, and typography assets using industry‑standard tools.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate innovative approaches into your work.
• Adapt designs based on feedback in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (native or bilingual proficiency).
• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Creative mindset with excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in presentation design is a plus.
