Director of Group Finance – High‑Growth International Consumer Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Group Finance to support the CFO during a critical phase of scale, international expansion and finance transformation for a fast‑growing consumer and e‑commerce brand. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead financial control, group reporting and finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, year‑end and consolidation processes for the group.
• Build and develop a high‑performing financial control and reporting team.
• Own statutory reporting, audit delivery and technical accounting matters.
• Manage tax, treasury, cash management and working‑capital reporting.
• Oversee finance operations including AP, AR, payroll and expenses.
• Support ERP implementation, systems development and reporting improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership on finance transformation and scalable infrastructure.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with extensive experience in financial control or group reporting.
• Proven senior finance leadership in a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Background in consumer, retail, e‑commerce or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable working hands‑on to improve processes.
