Director of Project Management – Property Consultancy

About the role

This senior leadership position will shape and grow the Project Management service line for a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy across the North region, focusing on Manchester and Leeds. You will combine business development, client delivery and team leadership to expand the offering and generate sustainable fee income.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds.
• Drive business development with new and existing clients.
• Deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end project management services.
• Develop and implement the regional service‑line business plan.
• Champion excellence in delivery standards, processes and quality control.
• Mentor and support team members to build a high‑performing, engaged team.
• Collaborate with other service lines to align delivery and maximise opportunities.
• Promote innovation, efficiency and best practice across the team.
• Maintain and enhance key client relationships and represent the business in the market.

Required profile

• Experienced, client‑facing Project Management professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven leadership capability and ability to grow a service line.
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a solid network in the property sector.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and fee‑income generation.
