Domestic Major Loss Adjuster

About the role

We are looking for a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic and high‑net‑worth (HNW) insurance claims across the North West of England and North Wales. You will work independently, liaising with key clients and ensuring claims are assessed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle domestic and HNW loss claims without financial restriction.
• Maintain a high‑quality portfolio covering Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Llandudno and surrounding areas.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients and underwriting teams.
• Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisers and other specialists as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in loss adjusting, preferably within domestic or high‑value claims.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Professional qualification such as Dip CILA or ACILA is desirable but not essential.
