Dual Negotiator – Sales & Lettings

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Dual Negotiator – Sales & Lettings to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Wimbledon. Working closely with the Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for generating new residential sales instructions and managing the sales pipeline from offer to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the sales department.
• Generate and win new residential sales instructions.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.
• Manage and progress a pipeline of sales from offer through to completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Assist in training, coaching and motivating team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with local buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar estate agency role.
• Proven track record of generating instructions and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Confidence in conducting valuations and winning business.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £24,000 per annum plus OTE up to £55,200 (including company car or allowance).
