Dutch speaking Finance Graduate Client Service Associate

About the role

This graduate position supports a financial services firm’s multilingual sales team. Based in a modern Canary Wharf office, you will provide client‑facing and administrative support to Dutch‑speaking customers, helping to grow and maintain the Dutch client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect relevant information from clients to set up new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking sector clients.
• Assist with day‑to‑day administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the Netherlands sales team and investment advisors to manage workload.
• Ensure client reports are accurate, timely, and handled effectively.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Motivated to deliver high‑level client service in a junior role.
• Degree in finance, banking, economics or related field is desirable.
• Experience in client service or customer support within finance or banking is a plus.
