About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join a range of welcoming primary schools across Aylesbury Vale starting September 2026. You will work in inclusive, community‑focused environments that value strong leadership and staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with mentors and senior staff to refine teaching practice.
- Participate in whole‑school activities and parent communication.
Required profile
- Qualified to teach in England (QTS or equivalent).
