Early Careers Recruiter – UK & Europe

About the role

Join Fidelity International’s Early Careers Recruitment team as an Early Careers Recruiter covering the UK and Europe. You will partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract, assess and hire graduate, intern and apprentice talent, helping the firm build its future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes across assigned business areas.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and external agencies to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to improve hiring processes, ensure fairness and scalability.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Fidelity International, promoting an inclusive and diverse talent pool.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment campaigns or large‑scale hiring workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Comfortable balancing hands‑on delivery with strategic judgement to create consistent, fair hiring outcomes.
