E‑Commerce Executive – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the role

The luxury British handbag and clothing brand is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to drive online revenue and deliver a seamless digital customer experience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the CEO and Founder, you will help align national and international operations with the brand’s high‑end standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive online revenue and ensure a premium digital customer journey.
• Own day‑to‑day website management, trading execution and content updates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement layout and merchandising enhancements to meet luxury retail standards.
• Collaborate with developers on conversion‑rate optimisation, bespoke features and mobile excellence.
• Maintain and improve conversion rates and average order value without compromising brand quality.
• Update the site according to the global trading calendar, including product launches and seasonal collections.
• Work with SEO/AI agencies to boost brand awareness through storytelling content.
• Produce monthly performance reports and analyse customer cohorts, acquisition channels and lifetime value.
• Oversee CRM segmentation and support targeted email‑marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue for a high‑end brand.
• Experience managing website content, development and omnichannel retail integration.
• Strong analytical capability using GA4, Shopify or equivalent platforms.
• Refined visual and brand sensibility with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, retention and client‑eling strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO and luxury content strategy.
