About the role

Join Milk Education as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and start a career in education staffing. Based in our high‑performing Manchester office, you will receive industry‑leading training and support while you build a network of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff for schools across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for Primary, Secondary and SEND positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track activity.
• Contribute to team KPIs and a positive office culture.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sales‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or a people‑focused role is a plus but not mandatory.
