Electricians Mate – Commissioning Training (London)

About the role

We are seeking an Electricians Mate to join a fast‑growing European specialist manufacturer in London. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced commissioning engineers, gaining hands‑on training in air handling unit (AHU) and fire control systems while supporting site installations across central London.

Key responsibilities

• Assist commissioning engineers on commercial site projects in central London.
• Carry out electrical connections, testing and documentation for AHU and fire control systems.
• Travel to client sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support the preparation and commissioning of equipment under supervision.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Electricians Mate or Junior Electrician.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently on site.
• Willingness to travel within the London area and work 8 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Knowledge of air handling unit (AHU) systems.
• Understanding of fire control systems.
• Basic electrical installation and testing skills.
