Employment Tax Senior Manager – Global Mobility

About the role

People First is seeking an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join its Global Mobility team in London. You will lead high‑quality compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base, acting as the first point of contact for many organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive employment tax compliance and advisory services across multiple industries.
• Supervise, mentor and train junior staff, ensuring the quality of their work.
• Conduct detailed technical research and provide senior‑level tax advice.
• Support the team leader with business development, team management and review of junior colleagues’ output.

Required profile

• CTA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of employee expenses, benefits and related employment tax areas.
• Experience with off‑payroll working, share schemes, salary‑sacrifice arrangements and National Minimum Wage compliance.
