Enforcement Agent – Central London

About the role

The Enforcement Agent will manage a designated area in Central London, visiting customers’ homes and businesses to recover debts on behalf of clients. You will negotiate payments, take control of goods when necessary, and support vulnerable customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers’ premises to discuss outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and take payments
• Complete income questionnaires and maintain accurate case notes
• Take control of goods in compliance with regulations
• Identify vulnerable customers and follow appropriate referral pathways

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Calm, firm and fair when handling sensitive conversations
• Target‑driven and able to manage own time
• Respectful, good judgement and a full UK manual driving licence
• No County Court Judgments or criminal record
