About the role
Join English1’s network of centres across China and teach English to children aged 3‑16. This entry‑level position offers full support, training and the chance to develop your teaching career while experiencing life in Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons using award‑winning multimedia technology and curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in social and cultural activities that reinforce language learning.
- Maintain classroom materials and ensure a safe, stimulating learning environment.
Required profile
- Valid passport and any bachelor’s degree.
- ESL certification (sponsored by the employer).
- Willingness to learn and grow; no prior teaching experience required.
- Clear background check.

- Competitive salary of £21,000 per year with performance bonus after six months.
