About the role
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and deepening AVEVA’s strategic partnership with leading UK‑based EPC companies. Working in a hybrid setting, you will showcase AVEVA’s industrial software portfolio, identify new business opportunities and ensure the customer receives exceptional support and value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation.
- Implement detailed account plans to achieve revenue targets and forecast growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs and competitive offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and provide regular performance updates.
- Coordinate global AVEVA touch‑points, including sales, field service, technical support, marketing and finance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within industrial software or engineering sectors.
- Strong commercial and analytical abilities to identify market trends and build business cases.
- Growth mindset with a focus on creating deep, long‑term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
