Estate Agent Branch Manager – Southsea

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager to lead our Southsea office. You will run the branch as your own business, driving profitability while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Southsea branch as a profit‑driven business.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of estate agents to meet sales targets.
• List properties, negotiate with vendors and match buyers with suitable homes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and act as the local property expert.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an estate agency or similar sales team.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering high service standards.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Alignment with values of honesty, respect and trust.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £30,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings £50,000‑£60,000 per annum.
• Company car or car allowance up to £4,000.
