Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager to lead a busy branch in Woodford Green. The role combines new‑business generation, team motivation and hands‑on involvement in property valuations and sales instruction. You will be the public face of the branch and responsible for delivering revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and secure new property sales listings and manage the full sales cycle.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of estate agents to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Conduct property valuations and oversee instruction gaining processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure professional representation of the brand.
• Monitor market trends, produce regular performance reports and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential estate agency, including valuations and instruction gaining.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £35,000 plus a car allowance of £4,000 or a company car.
• On‑target earnings of £60,000‑£70,000, with a six‑month guaranteed salary.
