Estate Agent Lister – Residential Property Valuations & Listings

About the role

We are seeking an Estate Agent Lister to lead residential property valuations and listings in the Dagenham area. You will work closely with clients to assess property values, create compelling listings, and maximise sale opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate valuations of residential properties.
• Create and manage property listings, ensuring attractive presentation on sale boards.
• Maximise agency fees through effective pricing and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency or residential property sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to win new business.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential property valuation methods.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £25,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings potential of £55,000–£60,000.
