Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Birmingham

About the role

Connells Group is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join its residential sales team in Birmingham. You will work within the UK’s leading property services business, delivering exceptional service to customers while driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Resilient, positive, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office, internet and email systems).
