About the role

Join Connells Group’s Fox & Sons residential sales team in Southsea as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator. You will work within the UK’s leading property services business, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

Generate and book property valuations.
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch.

Required profile

Ideally have previous sales experience.
Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
Resilient, positive, organised and detail‑oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office.
