About the role
We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Mann's residential sales team in Chatham. As part of Connells Group, you will help customers buy homes while contributing to the branch’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and schedule property valuations.
- Conduct viewings and present properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and guide transactions through to exchange and completion.
- Maintain a pipeline of appointments and follow‑up activities for the branch.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
- Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
