Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

About the role

Brown & Merry, part of Connells Group, is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join its residential sales team in Aylesbury. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving property sales and will benefit from industry‑leading training and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment opportunities for the branch mortgage advisor.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
