About the role
TAG is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and global executive team. You will act as a trusted partner, handling high‑level administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple offices.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries for senior leaders.
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, minutes and track action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring policy compliance and cost‑efficiency.
- Support strategic projects with research, data compilation and reporting.
- Oversee global facilities activities, lead a team handling repairs, maintenance and office set‑up.
- Manage internal and external communications, drafting emails, reports and presentations.
- Lead office cultural events, desk moves, meeting‑room bookings and on‑site logistics for leadership meetings, off‑sites and town halls.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator, preferably in travel or corporate services.
- Knowledge of travel‑industry terminology and operations is a plus.
- Strong business etiquette, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with travel booking systems.
