Executive Search Researcher (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Researcher to join a leading executive search firm in London. The role supports partners and directors across retained mandates, providing market intelligence, talent mapping and candidate sourcing. This is a hybrid position with four days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support retained pitches by delivering market intelligence and talent mapping reports.
• Conduct in‑depth research on industries, organisations and candidate pools.
• Manage sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen candidates using assessment tools and prepare briefing materials.
• Produce high‑quality candidate reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated or equivalent with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, ambitious attitude.
