About the role
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our building from the front desk. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, ensuring the premises run smoothly while fostering strong tenant relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Manager with daily building operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and improve internal systems such as maintenance logs, booking platforms, and usage records.
- Keep front‑of‑house and common areas tidy, professional, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries and communications.
- Create and distribute building updates, newsletters, and notices.
- Assist in planning and delivering building events and seasonal activities.
- Support social‑media content to showcase the building and its community.
Required profile
- Previous experience in facilities, building management, or an administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, presentable, and reliable.
