Finance Business Partner – 14‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a collaborative finance team on a 14‑month contract. Based in East London, the role is hybrid (2‑3 days onsite) and starts at the end of July. You will work closely with senior leaders across the UK & Ireland and support a global service line.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to deliver commercial financial insight and support.
• Produce and review monthly management accounts.
• Manage month‑end activities, including accruals, pre‑payments and payroll journal reviews.
• Deliver revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Consolidate financial performance across multiple international markets.
• Present financial performance and key insights during monthly business reviews.
• Build strong relationships across the business and provide proactive financial support.
• Use reporting tools to analyse data and drive performance.

Required profile

• Strong accounting background with finance business partnering experience.
• Proven ability to balance commercial partnership with hands‑on accounting duties.
• Extensive month‑end and management accounting experience.
• Excellent understanding of revenue reporting and forecasting.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to build trusted relationships quickly.
