Finance Manager – Property Services

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing property services business that has attracted significant investment and works with some of the UK’s biggest household brands. The role sits within a dedicated finance team and combines statutory reporting with strategic business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of financial reporting, including preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with auditors.
• Review and analyse management accounts and provide variance and trend analysis.
• Lead the transactional finance team across two sites, ensuring accurate processing of day‑to‑day transactions.
• Partner with operational budget holders to assess contract performance and drive financial improvements.
• Support business‑partnering initiatives through detailed financial reviews and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing financial reporting in a contract‑driven or large‑labour‑force environment.
• Demonstrated ability to add commercial value through close collaboration with operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on long‑term value creation.
