Financial Accountant (Real Estate)

About the role
This position is with a well‑respected listed real‑estate business expanding its UK portfolio. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, you will own financial reporting, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement for the UK assets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory financial statements for a listed PLC
- Produce quarterly management accounts
- Liaise with auditors and manage audit relationships
- Report to the UK Financial Controller and interact with the wider group
- Conduct commercial analysis of portfolio performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
Required profile
- UK‑trained ACA or ACCA qualification
- Experience in property or real‑estate accounting, either in‑industry or within an accounting practice
