Financial Advisor – Remote / Hybrid (Uncapped Earnings)

About the role

We are seeking ambitious Financial Advisers to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis, working remotely or in a hybrid model across the North East of England. The role offers uncapped earnings, full administrative and compliance support, and the opportunity to build and scale your own advisory business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic, regulated financial planning advice covering investments, pensions, protection and retirement.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop tailored recommendations.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and grow your own portfolio.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and professional introducer relationships.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Client‑centric mindset with a passion for positive outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial drive to grow an advisory business.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and compliance requirements.
